Several Russian specialists will help drive reforms in the Cuban economy. They will be members of the Stolipin Growth Economy Institute and will initially create an Economic Transformation Center. They are expected to oversee the preparation of the new Cuban economic transformation program. The novelty is that this project will be based, fundamentally, on the development of private enterprise, according to the Russian agency Sputnik.
Other Russian experts will be included in this program, such as those from the Center for Strategic Development. Several members of the Institute of Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences will also contribute their knowledge. Meanwhile, the Cuban side will be led by representatives from the Ministry of Economy and the Central Bank.
Among other merits, the Stolipin Growth Economy Institute outlined and then implemented the social and economic reform program called Growth Economy.

In Russia and China, they need a lot of cheap and semi-slave labor. Cubans are delighted to be able to go to those lands.
