The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Romania launched this week its annual scholarship program for foreign citizens, including Cubans.

Requirements to apply for this scholarship for Cubans in Europe
  • Open to graduates of all disciplines, except Medicine, Dentistry, and Pharmacy.
  • Having a good academic record.
  • For bachelor's and master's degrees, it is mandatory to take an intensive Romanian course before the start of the program. Doctorates can be completed in English or another foreign language permitted by the university.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Programs of 3 to 6 years for students with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Master's Degree: Programs of 1 to 2 years.

Language of study:

  • Bachelor's and master's degrees: Exclusively in Romanian.
  • Doctorate: Available in Romanian, English, or other languages depending on the university.
