Specialists of Bufetes Especializados de Cuba detailed this weekend, the requirements to legalize foreign documents for consular procedures on the island. Before any legal procedure on the island, legalization and certification is indispensable, more details immediately.
Before submitting them to Cuban consulates, you need these documents to be previously legalized by the competent authorities of the issuing country and, if they are written in another language, they must be translated into Spanish by an accredited translator.
According to the villaclareña headquarters of the Specialized Law Firms on the island, both the original document and its translation require legalization in the country of origin and subsequently before the cuban consulate corresponding.
In the event that consular procedures are carried out by mail, courier agency or through third parties, an additional charge for non-personal processing will be applied.
