This is the dollar and euro exchange rate at the beginning of this week in Cuba

The week of the last days of May and the first of June begins, amid an economic crisis in Cuba that does not seem to improve as the months go by. Inflation remains high, and this is reflected in the exchange market, especially in the informal or "black" market, as it is called. This is how the exchange rates for the dollar, euro, and other currencies woke up on the island.

According to the study published daily by the independent media outlet El Toque, the most important currencies remain stable at the beginning of this week of May 29. The euro from the European Schengen zone remains the most expensive in the "black market" at an exchange rate of one euro bill for 200 Cuban pesos. So far, it is the only currency that has reached that barrier, although the American dollar is approaching it.

  1. Hello, and the family member who does not receive money, for example MLC, which is where things are because in no other store is there anything. What can be done to buy? They sell in national currency or here the law is not fair because here they don’t pay in MLC. What can be done? There are workplaces that pay 2100, what do you think?? About this.
