In this regard, we inform you that on the early morning of March 18 (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM) work will be carried out on the 3G network in the province of Havana and some areas of Artemisa and Mayabeque. In the following days, work will continue in different regions of the country.

  2. That is not true, in Cuba the networks are always under maintenance to improve the connection, too bad they never succeed, each time the connection is worse. Restart the phone, put it in airplane mode for 20 minutes or switch it to 3G and nothing, those are the instructions from Etecsa.
