Cimex Statement on Service Centers in Havana

Dear customers, the waiting room on the Ticket platform is now enabled for the Servicentros G and 25, Coyula, and ON El Mar.

It is important to remind you that until the ticket assignment occurs, fuel will continue to be sold according to availability using the queue management system currently in operation.

When registering on Ticket, the customer will be able to book their appointment at only one Servicupet, as the system will not allow signing up at multiple Servicentros at the same time. Customers will be able to access the virtual waiting room and provide the required information, allowing them to wait for their ticket assignment, and then proceed to purchase the fuel.

We suggest staying informed through the official communication channels to continue receiving information regarding this service.

  1. This app still does not work properly, it was the same in the past and in the end they abandoned it. Three days ago, my friends and I tried to subscribe and it doesn't let you access. I understand that they want to keep things controlled and I don't mind that, on the contrary! But they need to review that system because it doesn't work well. Regards

  2. It doesn't seem functional to me. I registered on the first day in Tangana (3/13) and today 3/25 the number is at 2183. Draw your own conclusions. Telegram seems like a better option to me.

  3. It is disrespectful to only allow registration at one gas station. People who work in healthcare and have to move daily with our own transportation, if we take one to refuel and we can fill up, we go more than 15 days without refueling. It is inconceivable. It would be better to do it through Telegram.
