Passenger discomforts and opinions

The terminal change at Madrid has generated various reactions among passengers. Some users have expressed concerns about the logistics of the transfer, such as Eldris Duany Ferriols, who mentioned that the switch to T4 is "inconvenient" because passengers then have to go to Terminal 1 to complete the boarding process. However, other travelers, like Lázaro Luis Delgado Conde, have noted that there are free transportation options between terminals and that the commuter train is an affordable alternative to reach T4.

On the other hand, passenger experience on flights to Cuba remains a recurring issue. Yamila García Carrión shared her opinion about the Madrid-Santiago de Cuba route, mentioning that many people living in Santiago prefer this itinerary despite it being exhausting. "It's exhausting after 17 hours of travel to have to travel on a poorly maintained road for another 25 hours," she stated.

With this terminal change, Cubana de Aviación aims to optimize its operation in Madrid, although passengers will need to adapt to the new procedures at T4. Travelers are advised to check connection times and transportation options within the airport to minimize inconveniences during their journeys.
