Yo lo que no entiendo es que etecsa, no tenga equipos de reposición, quieren extender el servicio y no pueden garantizar que por determinada circunstancia a alguna persona se le rompa el equipo y tenga que seguir pagando sin recibir el servicio, y no se le de solución. A mi por un alto voltaje el equipo se dañó y no hay para cambiar. Es inconsevible.
